Welcome to our Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, and contact details you provide when registering or contacting us.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, including pages visited and time spent.
- Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:

Free trial verification
Free trial claiming and each free submission use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes verification information under its Turnstile privacy addendum. Verification tokens are sent to our server for validation; they are not retained as image-generation content.
To detect repeat introductory claims, your browser computes a SHA-256 digest from coarse browser/device signals: platform, language, logical processor count, touch capability, screen dimensions and color depth, and time zone. Raw values used for this digest are not sent by the digest collector. We do not use canvas, font or audio fingerprinting for this collector. A digest can change or collide and is not proof of a unique person.
The service combines that digest with a signed HttpOnly device cookie lasting 30 days, verified Google account identity, normalized email and trusted network/IP metadata. Keyed identity and network digests, claim/usage records and review decisions support one-time eligibility, abuse prevention, appeals and accounting. Identity eligibility records are retained as needed to enforce the one-time allocation; the seven-day image period is not a promise that security or account records are deleted at the same time. We do not publish individual identity, device or network records. Contact support@imagenode.io if verification appears incorrect or you want to ask about your data.
Generated images and retention
Generated images are stored privately and accessed through authenticated, owner-scoped requests. Free images are available for seven days after creation. Images created during paid service receive paid storage even when funded by a free use; earlier free images keep their original deadline. A later subscription does not restore expired images.
Paid images remain through paid service and are scheduled for cleanup no earlier than three calendar months after that service ends. We send an account-level email notice at least one full calendar month before removal. Renewing paid service before removal cancels pending cleanup. Failed or late notification postpones deletion until the full notice period has elapsed after a successful send. Cancelling renewal does not shorten already-paid service. Credit validity, trial-use validity, image availability and security/accounting records have different purposes and retention rules.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
