Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Imagenode owns its original website design and software, subject to applicable third-party licenses. Community images, prompts, trademarks, and other third-party materials are not claimed as Imagenode property. Any rights in those materials remain with their respective rights holders.

Gallery Sources and Attribution

Our gallery combines original Imagenode examples and community examples collected from publicly available sources. Community entries retain the available creator credit, original post or profile link, and source collection. If the source supplies only a creator name or account, we identify it as an author credit rather than a verified original-post link. Model labels for community examples reflect the source collection's description; they are not independent verification of the model or a claim that the image was made with Imagenode.

The community collections currently used in our material library include:

Awesome GPT Image 2. The repository's MIT license does not establish a license to every third-party image. Its source disclaimer explains the separate status of third-party materials.
The template prompt dataset, compiled by MeiGen.ai. The collection states CC BY 4.0; this statement is not independent verification that every contributor controls all rights in each included image.

Attribution is provided for transparency and does not itself grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit a third-party work. Downloading an example or selecting “Use this Prompt” does not grant rights to its source image, depicted people, brands, or other protected material. Check the original source and applicable permissions for your intended use. Creators and source collections do not endorse Imagenode merely because their work is credited here.

We may resize or encode display copies for performance; such processing does not change the credited creator. We do not intentionally remove creator signatures or watermarks. Community examples are shown for inspiration and may contain fictional scenes, inaccurate text, or unsupported factual claims; they should not be relied on as factual references.

Rights Concerns and Corrections

To report an attribution error or request review or removal of material, email support@imagenode.io with the Imagenode page URL, the original source URL if available, a description of your rights or concern, and a way to contact you. We will review the report and, where appropriate, correct the credit, restrict access, or remove the material. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information. This process does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Subscription and Credit Policy — Launch Preview

The following subscription policies have been approved for launch. Public purchases are currently closed while subscription, credit and model-access features are verified. This preview does not mean these features are already available.

Plans, renewals and credit expiry

Starter, Plus and Pro cost $19, $39 and $79 per month respectively. Annual subscriptions are paid in one yearly charge of $182.40, $374.40 or $758.40 respectively, a 20% discount compared with twelve monthly payments. Annual credits are issued monthly, not all at once.

For new version 2026-09-14-v2 plans, monthly billing grants Starter 960 credits (800 base + 160 bonus), Plus 2,400 (2,000 + 400), and Pro 6,240 (5,200 + 1,040) each month. Annual billing grants Starter 1,080 (900 base + 180 bonus), Plus 2,880 (2,400 + 480), and Pro 7,800 (6,500 + 1,300) each month. Each grant includes 20% on its own billing-period base. Normal renewals continue the purchased plan version; existing orders retain their saved terms.

The annual +35%, +44% and +50% marketing badges compare total annual-plan monthly credits against the same tier’s monthly-billing base (800, 2,000 or 5,200). They do not mean that much more than the monthly total including bonus. The monetary annual discount is separate. Each grant is valid for three calendar months. Unused credits can accumulate until their individual expiry dates.

Starter includes GPT Image 2 and GPT Image 2.5 Flare; Plus and Pro also include GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst. Model access remains subject to completion of launch verification. Image counts shown in the pricing calculator are estimates for the specified settings, not guaranteed generation counts or a live charge schedule.

Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal, while benefits for the paid period remain available. A cancelled annual subscription continues issuing monthly credits for the months already paid for. Unexpired credits retain the model permissions of their original plan until their expiry, including after the subscription period ends. No new subscription credits are issued after the paid period ends.

Generation estimates, settlement and outstanding credits

Before generation, Imagenode displays an estimated credit amount and temporarily reserves it. Your available credits for the selected model must be strictly greater than the estimate, and any outstanding credit balance must be cleared. A rejected submission does not start a paid generation.

After a complete successful generation, the charge is calculated from the provider's reported token usage using our standard token tariff and credit conversion. This is Imagenode's service price, not a pass-through of your provider's invoice. The current conversion includes our published-rate input/output cost, a 15% service cost buffer, a $0.0003 per-image processing allowance, a 95% delivery allowance and a $0.0005 per-image storage allowance; the resulting amount is divided by $0.003 and rounded up to whole credits. Input tokens use the standard uncached tariff. This calculation does not promise that provider cache discounts or invoice adjustments pass through to customers. Unverified preview surcharges are not added to the final charge.

Unused reserved credits are released. If the final charge exceeds the reservation, other available credits cover the difference. Any remaining unpaid credits are recorded as an outstanding balance and pause further generation. The next credit grant first pays that balance, including monthly grants from an annual subscription. Your credit history shows these deductions. This does not authorize an extra card charge. Estimates and credit conversion versions are saved with each request; changes do not reprice previously settled generations.

Failed and unresolved generations

System failures and moderation rejections do not consume credits. If a generation result remains unknown or valid usage data cannot be established, credits may be reserved for up to 24 hours, after which they are returned and the request is recorded for review. A result received later does not cause an additional charge.

Returned credits go back to their original grant. If the original grant expires while a request is processing, credits returned for failure or timeout receive seven days of validity. This compensation does not apply to voluntary cancellation or subjective dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered image.

Refund requests

You may request a manually reviewed full refund within seven days of a monthly or annual payment, including an initial purchase or renewal, provided no credits arising from that payment, including bonus credits, have been successfully consumed. Eligibility is assessed using the time of your request and that payment’s credit usage, not your account’s entire history or current balance. Credits applied to an outstanding balance from successful generations count as consumption of that payment. Pending generation reservations must be resolved as part of the review.

System failures and moderation rejections do not count as successful consumption. Deleting or not downloading a successfully generated image does not erase its credit consumption. Imagenode does not deduct an additional refund service fee from an eligible full refund.

An approved refund revokes the refunded payment’s credits, future annual credit grants and associated benefits, and stops subsequent renewal of that subscription. Valid benefits belonging to other, non-refunded payments remain available.

Ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered after successful consumption or after the seven-day request window. Annual plans are not ordinarily refunded in proportion to unused remaining months. Duplicate charges, non-delivery, mandatory consumer rights and payment-platform requirements are handled separately and are not excluded by this policy.

When purchases open, contact support@imagenode.io with the payment reference and your request. Cash refunds are reviewed manually; submitting a request does not mean funds have already been returned. Public purchases and live refund processing are not currently open.

Plan changes and other offers

Self-service upgrades and downgrades, extra-credit purchases and coupon codes are not currently offered. Any future options will be published with their applicable terms before becoming available.

Introductory free generations — availability preview

When enabled, eligible new accounts registered with verified Google sign-in may actively claim two successful free generations. Claiming requires verification and is subject to identity, device, network and service-availability checks. This is one introductory allocation, not a recurring subscription benefit. A claim is granted only after successful confirmation. The workspace shows current availability; public trial access remains closed pending integration.

Uses expire seven days after claiming. Each free request must use GPT Image 2.5 Flare, Medium, 1024 × 1024, one opaque PNG, standard moderation, no progress previews or references, and no more than 2,000 Unicode characters. Verification is required for every free submission. Free uses are separate from credits and require no card or subscription charge. Buying a paid plan does not reset or convert them; successful free use does not consume paid credits for refund eligibility.

Successful delivery consumes one use. Known failures release it; unresolved requests may hold it for up to 24 hours. Platform-related delays can extend restored entitlement validity without granting a second introductory allocation. Free requests may be paused for abuse review or availability. Contact support@imagenode.io to request review. A failed free request never authorizes an automatic paid-credit fallback.

Generated image storage

Free images are available for seven days after creation. Download images you want to keep before expiry. The image’s seven-day storage window is separate from the trial’s seven-day use deadline. Expired free images become unavailable even if physical cleanup occurs later.

Images created during an active paid subscription service period receive paid storage, including images funded by remaining introductory uses. They remain during paid service. Cleanup is scheduled no earlier than three calendar months after paid service ends, with an email notice at least one full calendar month before removal. Turning off renewal does not start this clock: already-paid monthly or annual service remains in force until its paid end date.

Renewing paid service before removal cancels pending cleanup. If sending the notice fails or happens late, removal is postponed until at least one full calendar month after a successful send. An account-level notice may cover multiple affected images. Earlier free images retain their original seven-day storage window; a later subscription does not restore expired images. Credit expiry and image retention are separate rules.
